Senior Center East Brunswick NJ - Suresh Chandra Shrotri

When experiences are pleasant, comforting and satisfying, one certainly would like to share them with persons of all age groups.
So it is with me today, after being a member of the senior citizens' group at the East Brunswick Center for senior citizens.
This is my fifth visit to the United States since 1989. I first heard of such a center for seniors in 1998 in Kuai Island in Hawaii and wished to join one in my next trip to USA. The opportunity came on July 14th 2008 when Govinda Rajan met me at the Public Library where I was with my host, my daughter. Only on July 15th, I joined the center along with my wife Sushila Shrotriya.
Our stay at the center, though short, has been very satisfying and pleasant. The people of same age group but different nations, different languages and cultures get together so well.
We participate in different games, arts, crafts, outdoor activities and pass time with pleasant experiences. The facilities provided at the center for transport, tea, coffee, lunch, Library, healthcare and many more are very satisfactory. The personnel managing the center are very cordial and cooperative.
I wish more and more seniors join this center making their lives comfortable and the senior citizens' centers of the United States of America go a step ahead in achieving the goals of the United Nations Organization.

Thanks so much for sharing this. I have been helping my parents look for some NJ senior care for my grandfather. He can no longer take care of himself and we have no other options for him.
